YOUR FIRST VISIT TO THE DENTIST
Our dentists see patients from Melbourne and surrounding suburbs on daily basis. We like to get to know our patients and always feel as happy and excited to meet them on their first visit.
The majority of people feel anxious when visiting a dentist, we understand and expect that, however, we are confident that once you’ve walked into our clinics, you will feel relaxed, welcomed and no longer anxious about any dental procedures that you may require. The Blue Spa Dental Clinics provide a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere designed to create a soothing and calming effect on patients.
There are a number of things that we need to know about your dental and overall health. Your Blue Spa Dentist will introduce themselves and would firstly want to get to know you. Our dentists recognise that they provide you with a personal health service and are, therefore, eager to get to know more about you. Your dentist will ask you questions about your overall health as well as dental and oral health, your dental medical history and past or recurring problems, if any. The dentist may make notes, complete treatment history sheet or note treatment plan ideas to discuss with you. Feel free to ask to view what is written.
Once we have gathered all the information we need, we would conduct a dental & oral examination to identify all issues related to your dental health. We may require further examinations like X-rays so that we can tailor the best suited dental treatment plan for you.
YOUR DENTAL TREATMENT PLAN
“We take the time to understand your goals and the results you want to achieve from your treatment plan”
Your initial consultation, dental and oral examination include discussing and understanding your goals and the results you would like to achieve. In most cases, our dentists are able to inform you of the required treatment or treatments during the initial consultation. Whether your treatment requires a one off procedure or an ongoing dental treatment plan, the dentist will discuss all of your options and the treatments available to address and treat the symptoms your present with.
