Dental Tips

Tip 1 – How many times a day should I brush?
It is important to brush twice a day with a soft toothbrush or idealy after every meal.

Tip 2 – Why is a soft brush so important?
A soft brush removes plaque very easily below the gum line, where periodontal disease starts.

Tip 3  - Do you know the correct technique for brushing?

  • Place the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gum
  • Brush with gentle circular motions at the gum line
  • Brush the outside and inside surfaces of all teeth
  • Don’t apply too much pressure and let your brush do the work
